A.I.M. ATL Leadership
Our Founder, CEO

Emiel Hamberlin
My long-term vision is to mentor and develop the next generation of sales and marketing professionals, creating leadership pathways where individuals are valued, supported, and empowered - not treated as numbers. Culture is a core priority at A.I.M. ATL, and I am committed to building an environment where growth, accountability, and personal development go hand in hand.
Foundations Strategic Pivot
Growing up from the south side of Chicago, I was heavily influenced by my grandfather growing up. He gained notoriety in the education sector and became a motivating force for many. This is where I first learned the importance of putting in hard work and that if I want to make a way for myself,
I have to first, understand the importance of motivating people.
After moving to Georgia, I earned a degree in Computer Science from Savannah State University. While the tech sector propelled me forward in my career, I ultimately made the decision to change industries completely. It had become mundane, and I found myself being deterred by the lack of growth.
Founding A.I.M. ATL Executive experience
After making the switch, I opened up my first business, A.I.M. ATL, a direct sales and marketing firm specializing in client acquisition and brand outreach.
My background combines technical thinking, business development, and people leadership—allowing me to build scalable systems while developing high-performing teams.
As an experienced executive with a demonstrated history in the direct sales and marketing industry, I focus on driving measurable results for organizations while maintaining ethical, people-first business practices.
